Jo Flynn is a Leadership and Emotional Literacy Coach who has spent 30 years helping humans deal with change.

Her extensive training encompasses areas such as group psychodynamics, emotional intelligence, culture change, stress management, leadership development, systems theory, psychosomatic and didactic teaching.

Jo’s blend of genuine compassion and pragmatic principles allow her to facilitate healing conversations that are both gentle and profound. Coaching sessions are delivered via Phone, Zoom and/or Facetime, after a 15 minute call to talk you through how she works.

“My work currently has settled into a lovely blend of guided process and deep attention to narrative themes. Having had a foot in two camps for most of my career (one camp a darkened course room, the other camp blinking in the  neon glare of the boardroom) my sessions now find the midpoint between coaching and therapy – the powerful place of healing the soul with grace and grit.”
