Leadership Development

Our Leadership Development program is a 4-Day residential program designed to equip participants with the basic skills to make the shift personally from Reactive to Creative and to bring their team with them.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Mindfulness & Meditation is a program of 8 weeky sessions in which a range of mindfulness and meditation techniques are taught, each reflecting the latest research from the worlds of Neuroscience, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Personal Development.

Take a Stand

Take a Stand is a program we designed for those who may be feeling a bit lost or stuck in their journey.  We explore the patterns that have developed in your behaviours, both those which are useful, and also those that cause you to go round in loops, keeping busy, but not actually going anywhere.   It is an opportunity to review what is really important for you right now, and what things you are willing to take a stand for going forward.

The Compassionate Heart

The Heart is so much more than an organ that pumps blood around the body.  It is also the seat of many qualities that ultimately make life worthwhile.  Courage, Caring, Compassion, Joy, Passion and of course Love.   For many of us, vulnerability and an open heart have led to wounds from deceit or betrayal.  The Compassionate Heart is a workshop where we come to terms with these wounds and learn how we can re-engage our Heart in all we do and, as a result, enjoy the richness of a full and hearty life.

3 Brains are Better than One!

In this workshop, we explore the growing pool of research that points to the concept that we, in fact, have three ‘Brains’:  The one we all know is in our head.   However, science is now demonstrating that we also have a ‘brain’ located in our Heart and also in our Gut.  Each is best suited to different aspects of life.   In ‘3 Brains are Better than One’ we look at each of these brains and their qualities and how to harness each of their strengths into a coordinated resource for resilience and achievement.
