The Coaching Process
When starting the journey towards Creative and beyond, it’s useful to get a clear picture of how things currently are.
At Keep Evolving, we’ve proven that The Leadership Circle Profile is a 360° assessment tool that will do just that. It is based on the evolutionary shift from Reactive to Creative and measures both one’s own self-assessment and the assessment of those who know you well and with whom you work.
Outcomes and Strategies
Through the debrief of the Leadership Circle Profile and additional coaching, we help our clients map out their path forward, to best accommodate the strengths and challenges we’ve identified together in the 360°assessment
Our individual skill development program is implemented over a period of 6-12 months. These skills are grounded in the reality of the day-to-day challenges each individual is facing in their work and their life. Regular coaching sessions hone those skills the client needs to move up from old reactive levels to creative levels, and help them review their progress.
About every 12 weeks, we check in with those who provided their insights in the original profile, to get feedback on progress they see in areas identified for development. On completion we recommend that a second Leadership Circle Profile be undertaken as a means to assess progress more objectively. Many then use this as the basis for the next steps in their personal evolution.
